The table compares the evaluation of patients for several services at three health centres.
Overall, it is clear that Peveril Centre received the highest overall rate at 8.3, and the highest scores in all aspects of service. In contrast, the lowest rating belonged to the Longston Centre, evaluated at 5.8 overall, with Marchbank ranking between the two at 7.2.
It is noticeable that one aspect – Doctor’s service – received relatively high evaluation in all three centres, ranging from 8 to 8.7. While the Pharmacy was seen as the worst provision for patients at all: 5.1, 6.3, and 5.8 at Longston, Peveril, and Marchbank, respectively.
There is considerable variation in the other aspect of service. In terms of Response to concerns, Peveril stood out at 9.6, followed by Marchbank and Longston at 6.5 and 4.3, respectively. The score for booking appointments in Peveril was highly evaluated at 9.1, while that in Longston was poorly rated, at 5.2. Peveril and Marchbank were equivalent to the score of care of children, both gained above 7, higher compared to Longston at 6.3.
