The bar graph compares the number of male and female aged between 60 to 64 in employment in four different countries: Australia, Japan, USA and Belgium over a period of time between 1970 and 2000.
Overall, Japan had the highest employment with both male and female in 1970 while Belgium had the fewest female employment in 2000 and 1970.
Looking at the details, Japan recorded with 84 percent in 1970 and stood at the first place among four countries. Belgium followed by this trend with 74 percentage while USA had the smallest man employment in 1970. In contrast, Belgium attained only 19 percent in 2000 as the smallest employment countries whereas Japan had the highest man aged 60-64 in employment.
On the other hand, in 1970, Australia had 18 percent women employees and increased one percent in 2000 while USA recorded with 38 percent in 2000 and it also increased 2 percent, from 36 to 38 percnet . Conversely, the graph shows the downward trends of Japan and Belgium. Japan decreased 40 to 43 percent and Belgium climbed down 8 percent to 7 percent respectively.
