The following plans illustrate a present map of Peyton Park and a proposed plan with changes to the layout.

Overall, the primary changes in the proposed plan are rather simple and are just essential parts of a park. A swing and a swimming dock will be added to the park.

Originally, the park has an extremely simple layout with only 4 main things, which are a picnic area, a lake, a parking lot, and a tennis court beside the lake. These are all crucial areas of a park but there’s still room for improvement.

On the other hand, the proposed plan consists of some additions and improvements. The swimming dock will be a crucial part of the lake and enhance it into a type of natural swimming pool. Moreover, the previous tennis court is now moved to the western side of the lake. In addition, a swing can become an important part of the park, as it allows children to enjoy the picnic while swinging.
