Overall, it is immediately apparent that Indian, Italian, and Mexican experienced the most significant growth throughou the period, whereas Chinese showed a slight increase.
Turning to the details, India started at 50 in 2000 and rose sharply, reaching around 75 in 2010. This upward trend continued, the figure peaked at 90 by 2025. In contrast, China began at about 60 in 2000 and experienced a gradual upward trend, increasing to around 75 by the end of the period.
Regarding remaining cuisines, Italian stood at 40 in 2000 and surged dramatically during the following years. However, after 2015 onwards, it climbed significantly eventually reaching approximately 90 by 2025. Similarly, Mexican commenced at roughly 20 in 2000 and increased slightly during the first half of the period before increasing gradually towards the end. By 2025, the value for Mexican stabilized at around 80.
It is also noteworthy that India, China, and Mexican overtook China in 2005, 2010, and 2025.
