The given plans depicts information regarding library in lobby level in the year 2001 and the way it was reconstructed in the year 2009.

Overall, most of the structure are shifted, replaced and added in 2009 but the stairs right to entrace, libarian’s desk just after the entrance and tables in the middle of the plan remains the same even after renovation.

As can be seen from plan, In 2001 there was only four section of books in library i.e Self- Help, History, Fiction and newspaper and periodicals section but in 2009, Economics and law section were also added. the Newspaper and periodicals section was replaced by flims and DVDs in the year 2009. There were tables only in the middle of library area in the year 2001 but more tables were added on Northern area of the plan. There wasnt any computer and Kitchen available in 2001 but two computers were added on South-East area and kitchen was added on North-West area of the plan by the year 2209.
