The industrial location is quite simple. The factories, which is built alongside the road and the roundabout, is situated towards the south of a farmland. There are three factories constructed alongside the roundabout and five factories on the east road.
A significant development is planned in the future. There will be one small roundabout added on the south side, towards its north-east and north-west, there will be a medical centre and shops, respectively. On the east side, a playground for children will be constructed. Some expansion will be done on the main roundabout, where it will branch off to two roads that head towards north and north-west. Lastly, some residential accommodations will be added alongside the old road and the new road.
