The process of the production of ethanol fuel that starts from corn was illustrated through a flow diagram
Overall, there are five process involved in the production. To start off, the corn will be stored until its time for the milling process. Shortly after, the cooking stage arrives and the addition of water was needed to help cook the milled corns. This process takes about 4 hours before the long fermenting phase of 48 hours.
Once fermented, that should result in two products with different states, the solid is the by-product while the liquid one will go through another round for the ethanol fuel production. The liquid collected will undergo another five hours of purifying the ethanol. It then reached the final step of storing, before it was delivered.
