The bar charts give the information about the percentage of services ariving on time (actual and target) and number of complaints (per thousand passenger’s journey).
Overall, it is obvious from the charts that most of transports have not achieved their target during all time, when the lowest percentage was 80%, except the 2003, when actual arriving time was higher than expected (approximately 85 percent); in 2003, there was the highest number of complaints (120) per thousand jorneys and the lowest point was about 70 complaints in 1999.
According to the first chart, it is seen clearly that almos none of the buses accessed the aim (the highest actual time was 85% in 1999), whereas there was the vast majority of actual time in 2003.
Furthermore, it is clear that, in 2003, there was the biggest number of complainers, comparing to the 1999, when it was the lowest number of complaints per thousand passenger’s voyage.
