Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to you to express about our disppointment about the decision has been taken lately to eliminate our group of musicians from using the community hall.

Our group used to meet on Tusedays and Fridays in the community hall to practice on our musical shows performance. We are planning, directing, and producing the shows by ourselves on our own budget. The community hall is the ideal location for us to be able to practice, considering the low budget. Although, this performance is important to our musical career, it is a great value to the community as well. the art of music would enrich peoples culture and entertain them, as well.

Therfore, I am kindly requesting your support to allow us to keep using the community hall for practice. I would suggest to reschedule our weekly meetings to alternative days that the hall is not being used for any other activities. Your support regarding this matter would be much appreciated.
