Overall, there is an upward trend in the parts per million of the CO2 followed with a gradually increased of the average temperature in the majority of jurisdictions over the period. Throughout the period, Los Angeles has highest temperature compare to the other areas.

The concentration of carbon dioxide was increasing steadily. In 1750, its parts per million was starting low in around 250. It remained stagnant for 2 years ahead, then slightly rose after a century has passed. Furthermore, the parts per million carbon dioxide finally climbed up significantly at the end of period.

Similarly, the temperature rate of these four cities had an upward trend in the majority. Starting off with London that had a complete data from 1750 until 2000, it had a slight fluctuation on the mean of its temperature over the period. The second city that started to appear on the 1800s was New York City with its steady growth. On the other hand, Los Angeles topped the chart for half of century since 1850.
