Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request that I want to withdraw my application from a language course. I apologize for submitting a course withdrawal notice within a short period of time. The reason is that I got my study visa for Canada yesterday and it is my dream country for study. I am so excited for this opportunity and want to pursue my studies overseas. Actually, I applied for my study permit two months ago; however, I did not receive any update regarding my application. That is why I was nervous and confused because i did not want any gap between my studies, and I took admission for a language course in your college to learn French because i thought that it can help me go to Canada.

I would kindly request you for the refund or deferreal beacuse i am not able to continue it. I will wait to hear back from you. Please let me know if you need any further information to process my refund. I will be thankful to you.
