To whom it may concern,

I hope you are doing well.

I am wiriting this letter to request to Inform you of withdrawing my language class you are supposed to be in charge of. I signed up the class a week ago, however, unfortunately I cannot attend the class due to move to the other city by a company I am working.

I really apologize this short notice becase the class starts next Monday. I cannot do tell you this earlier as the decision of move made yestersay.

When it comes to tuition fee, if it is possible, I would like to fully refund in the same method I paid for. I belieive the addmision fee can be refundable with this situation. Could you confirm whether I can get full refund? I will be looking forward to your reply.
