Dear sir,

I am writing to express my interest in joining the quality assurance department in Compass Group Canada after working in the technical support department for 2 years.

As a technical specialist , I learned a plethora of troubleshooting skills.It gives me in-depth knowledge regarding the workings of softwares and applications. It boosted my customer support skills and enhanced my knowledge on incident reporting.

I have a strong background in quality assurance and computer applications. If I could get into the software testing field in our organization,I could help with the delivery of bug free sotware products.

I could also utilize my expertise in increasing the code coverage and introduce the concept of test driven development which is not practiced in our organization yet.

Compass is one of the largest employer in the world and is a big competitor in the market.Moreover the morals and vision of our company like peace ,love and freedom always attracts me.The payscale and benefits provided are also excellent .so ,I would I don’t wants to leave the firm instead I wanted to switch the department for my professional growth.

I am looking forward to hearing a positive response.
