I am writing a letter to inform you about my dissatisfaction last stayed in your hotel. I was checked in last monday on dated 25-09-2024. it was my company annual meting in which we distribute award to the person those performed well in last year.
I have Demand for decorated stage and and siting for 100 person but the stage was not well prepare and siting was not up to the mark over 30 percent employee standing due sites was not available and atmosphere was very hot because AC was not working properly after 30 mints it was trip and stop cooling and most important parking was not available for parking the cars our management are really not stratified.
let me explain the some suggestion those really vital for organizing the big event like you should focused on parking availability because its a key for the customer those are coming to attend the event furthermore replace your air-conditioner or hire a assistant manager those looked the floor and if any customer had any problem he can resolved on the spot.
