Hello, sorry for disturbing. But i have connected to new internet server, and i have experienced with several issues.

First of all, when i tap on name of network it does not work in one. My phone does not connect. And i need to close this page and open again too many times. And it is taking my time away.

Other problem, when i finally got connection, the internet too slow, even i can’t upload a video or picture.

I spend more money then before for this internet service. However internet worser then before.

I asking you for solving these problems as quickly as possible. If it won’t be done i request for full tutting for my loss. I really hope you will take my message in emergency way.
