I am one of your loyal clients, since I have always preferred to use the services of your restaurant for almost every special occasion. However, this time I’m writing to complain about the poor quality of the meals that my family and I had recently at your restaurant.
Last week my family wanted to go out to eat to celebrate a special occasion. I suggested eating at your restaurant, as I have tasted the delicious plates your restaurant serves, not knowing that my satisfaction would turn into a big disappointment. We arrived at your restaurant after making a reservation, the server took our orders, and we kept waiting a long period of time to be served. However, that was not the worst part; it was the meals we had. The soup was cold and salty, and the bacon was overcooked, which made it difficult to eat. Finally, we had our dessert, which was not up to the high expectations, since it is your restaurant’s specialty.
I am really dissatisfied by this experience. I hope you investigate the reason for this inconvenience and take prompt action about it.
