Dear john,

I hope you are doing well. I feel the need to bring an issue to your attention, it’s about the heating system of the apartment. As you know we are living at this rented place for about an year now, and I have asked to repair the centeral heating for several times to your personal assistant, but all in vain. The warmer is broken from past six months due to which the rooms are extremely cold, as the heating system is also connected to water heater it had made daily life harder, beacuse its not warming the water, due to which we are unable to take hot shower in minus degree weather of Canada ,this is quite disturbing at times. It is thereby requested to replace the entire heating system with the new one or else we will have to leave the place if the problem remains the same. Waiting for your reply to the earliest
