Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the poor management that I encountered at the airport.
To begin with, I would like to provide you with my flight details for reference. My flight number was QY123874, and I was travelling from Toronto to Shanghai on November 3, 2025 at 8 p.m.
Some of the major problems that I experienced were at the Pearson airport in Toronto. First of all, the available entrances for security check in was insufficient, this caused longer waiting time and line up. Secondly, poor signs and guidance made me hard to find correct departure section. Moreover, staffs do not know all the information about the airport, which may mislead travelers and waste a considerable amount of time.
Based on my experience at Pearson airport, I would like to propose some suggestions to improve better experiences. One suggestion that I would like to recommend is to add more entrance for security check-in, especially during holiday seasons. This will not only boost efficiency, but also safe times for travelers. On top of that, providing proper training sections for staff members would foster overall satisfaction for visitors.
I would appreciate if you could consider my suggestions. Please let me know what you think and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Jasmine Jiang
