Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding he severe damage caused to my luggage during flight XYLD245, specifically in refrence to my fligth from İstanbul to Canada, which took place on 25th of May. As I feel it is necessary to bring certain details to your attention.

The priamry reason for my correspondence is that my luggage was extremly damaged and its wheels were broken. Despite my intial expectations, the situation has resulted waiting at the airport. Not only that, I immediately reported this issue to your staff, however I have not received any updates so far and They did not help me. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that this situation, whichhas caused considerable inconvenience.

Under these circumstances, I would be grateful if you could reimbursement for the damaged suitcase, it would be highly appreciated. Moreover, please let me kmnow if there are any formal procedures, I need to follow to resolve this situation effectively.

I look forward to receiving your prompt response regarding this issue. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
