dear sir,
i am writing this to have you a brief attention on my situation i faced during travelling with your flight. last week, i had journery to united states and my ticket number is xzy through my connecting flight from trukey.
unfortunately, after landing in trukey, i got to know that the flight which i supposed to take next was already flew. immediately i contacted to help desk of your airline. they were apologized for my inconvient but i was not accomodated up to the next flight.
to be honest, even i had promiced to give proper accomodation during the next flight to come.. however, i had to wait for that. i request to understand my situation and kindly ask management to improve the services.
