Dear Organizer,

Hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you regarding my participation in your forthcoming charity events at the Children Orphanage. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will unfortunately not be present.

I recently got a job placement from my company, in a another town for a period of one month, which will unfortunately coincide with the date of the event. Thus, my presence will not be possible.

Please accept my apologies for this last minute withdrawal. I was excited to be of service during the event, especially the the time I anticipated to spend with the children and the gift I planned to give them.

Nevertheless, I believe there is still a way for me to participate even at a distance. Given the fact that, I already put this even in my program, I will be very happy to sent the gift I bought via post to be given to the children.

Thank you for your understanding and I pray all goes well for the event. Will be waiting to see the pictures and videos online, and I beleive next time, I will be present.
