I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to book an accommodation at your hotel which is located at the seaside for a family holiday. One of my friends recently visited your hotel and she had a good review about the ambience and customer services. Hence, she recommended your hotel to me as well for my family trip.

I need a family accommodation. My family consists of 5 members, my wife, 3 kids, and myself. So, I think delux room will be suitable for us. Moreover, can you add an additional bed if it requires after having a look at the room premises? We are planning to visit on coming Monday i.e., 4th of June. Since it is a public holiday, there is chance in rush bookings. That’s why I am booking earlier.

Additionally, can you give the details of the amount that we need to pay in total and the list of items that will be included on the final price? In most of the cases, morning breakfast will be included so that we can prepare all other items that needs to be required.

Furthermore, could you please describe about the activities that you provide at your hotel? I heard about the morning trucking and evening campfire. Other than that, do you provide any and also is there any good spot to visit near your hotel? Since it is located in the seaside, there may be many such nature places to visit.
