Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to enquire about reservations for my family at your hotel that was suggested by a close friend of mine.

My family consists of me, my wife and our 3-year-old daughter. So, we are looking to book a 2-bedroom room with a big bathtub and a balcony from which we can see the beautiful shore of the red sea. We will need the arrangement for 3 days, Jul 3 to July 6.

On your website the price for 3 days and 2-night stay is $300 but, I couldn’t find if information about Wi-Fi and breakfast if it’s included in the same cost. Could you please share details about the included charges?

Lastly, this will be our first time in Saudi Arabia and I would appreciate any help in sharing knowledge about tourist activities and locations nearby your hotel that would make our family vacation more memorable.
