Dear sir/madam

I am writing in a hope of making a few reservations in your prestigious establishment for an upcoming family vacation.

We are a family of four and are planning to visit Mexico this coming December. We would require two rooms one with a single master bed and another, with two twin sized beds. Since this is a beach vacation, we were really hoping to get the rooms with an ocean view.

An acquaintance of mine has had the opportunity to enjoy the services of your hotel this past year and they could not stop talking about it. Still, I wonder if you could elaborate about the facilities that are included with the price of the rooms.

Furthermore, if it’s not too much of a trouble, I was thinking if you would be able to guide us towards different tourist spots as well as some interesting and fun activities for the kids while we are there. I have heard of some farmers markets and street food vendors nearby but I am unsure about how we can commute. Hence, your expert input will be most appreciated.
