Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter with regards to the application of sports club membership.

My primary intension is to get socialize with people as well as to keep my physical fitness. I wish to be more active and develop a mentally and physically balanced body.

I came to know about the club from my friend, he is premium member of the club from last three years. He is encouraging me to be a part of the sports club because he knows my talent in badminton as well as swimming.

I am very fond of badminton from childhood onwards, I got opportunities to participate in many competitions school level and college level. Once I was state champion in badminton from college. All these memories motivating me to be a part of sports club. In between I had a break in my sports activities due to some health problems. Now it is the right time to start again.
