Dear Sir,

I am writing to you cause I want to apply for a membership at your club.

I am interested in joining your basketball team, because I have heared that you have a top ranked one, also their couch is highly qualified. The playgrounds you have are large and meeting the standards which I am looking for.

As for the reasons that attracted my attention for you specifically: firstly, the place is near my accommodation which will aid me to arrive at the exact time. Secondly, almost all of my friends are members, it will be a good chance to see them frequently.

But, I have couple of inquieries that I need to be answered before I decide to join or not. I want to know the fees value, and the method of paying. Also, the joining process and how long it will take for my club card to be handed to me.
