Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for membership at your sports club. I recently moved into the neighbourhood, and I am looking for a place where I can stay active and improve my overall fitness. Your club’s reputation for excellent facilities and well-trained instructors has encouraged me to join.

I first heard about your club from a colleague who has been a member for over a year. He spoke highly of the friendly environment and the wide variety of activities offered. I also visited your website, and I was particularly impressed by the modern gym equipment and the spacious swimming pool.

If accepted as a member, I would be interested in participating in your swimming sessions and weekend badminton games. I am also keen to join the yoga classes, as I believe they would help me reduce stress and improve flexibility.
