Dear Sir/Madam ,

I hope that this letter finds you in good health . This letter is in regards to a proposal from Our School named as Victoria Public School to held a programme for exchanging the cultural values of of both schools in order to enhance the cultural ideals.

We are deciding to start the program from the end of the november to mid of december . It feels like both schools may have enough time to prepare for their performances and acts. As at the end of the November , we celebrate the most beloved festival of lightning named Diwali and in the mid of December christmas brings alot of joy .

Additionally , the venue will b in the banquet hall which will be close to the hotel name holiday Inn where the visting students can stay. Kindly give us an list of students and teachers coming for tis event to arrange accommodation for them .

I will appreciate your response and i will be gald if you accept our propsal for this beautiful event to join two schools .
