Dear Mercy,
Hope my message finds you well. I received your notification about visiting my hometown, Umuahia and i am writing this letter to recommend a superb local restaurant where you can have a memorable experience.
I recently visited The Calabar Kitchen, which is a local spot remarkably known for their native dishes such as Afang soup, Edikakong soup, and a spicy goat meal, Ishi-ewu, which was the most relishing and savoury dish i was served.
The atmosphere was very lively and entertaining as a display of live band musicians who kept the customers singing out-loud to old-school afrobeats played continously. The meals were priced fairly and you can eat a full-course meal without leaving a strain in your pockets.
I suggest you leave early, as the restuarant is situated at the outskirts of Umuahia beside the Ancient Palace to avoid traffic from closing hours. I hope to hear your thrilling reviews as, you are particulary fascinated with native foods and energetic musical live-bands.
Yours sincerely
Ifeoma Okoh
