Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter with regard to local community event that you organise which is Christmas Event at Katedral Church.

Firstly, let me introduce myself. My name is Fendi Adi Nugraha. I am 23 years old and I am came from Purwokerto. I like Christmas day and I have interested in your event. If possible I would like to be volunteer at it.

Secondly, I quite often to be a photographer in some college events like graduate day and certain major event since I was a college student. So, I have many experience especially in photograph. Furthermore, I also have some knowledge about poster design.

Lastly, I would like to ask you about available volunteer positions. If possible, I would like to be your Publication and Documentation team, but no problem if there are differents available position. I wonder how to apply it. I will happy if I can contribute to your event.
