Dear sir,

My name is Niyati and I am writing this letter in connection with Metro Supermarket which is located at 1209 Richmond street, London, ON. I went there about three days ago for my groceries in fact, this supermarket is more convenient for me because its only 5kms away from my home and it has all the essential things and food.

My primary reason to writing this letter is I bought only 4 winter jackets from this supermarket, but they charged me for 6. Initially, they told me there was a seasonal discount on those jackets but when, I bought it they charged me for 5 and gave me 0 discount for my purchase. This is not happen only this time but it occurs oftenly with many more customers.

It would be great if you look in to this matter more precisely and educate staff regarding this matters and improve refund policies for these mistakes.
