Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the accident that occurred at your supermarket last Friday, 13 April 2025.

My Name is Nadiya Yousuf, and I am 25 years old women from India, I have been living in Saudi Arabia for the past five years, I am studying my master’s degree at King Fahd University. I regularly Visit your shop.

I was walking in the kitchen utensils section and suddenly a piece of glass from one of the display cabinets fell directly on me. I suffered from injury on my forehead and arm before smashing on ground. I was immediately rushed to the hospital due to loss of blood and received few stiches on my forehead and arm.

I would recommend that you test all the glass thoroughly before putting them on display cabinets for extra safety. I would also strongly suggest for you to take extra precautions by installing warning sign as ‘Don’t touch ‘or do not stand close to the glass, so that people would be aware of the dangers and not try to tamper with glass in any way.
