Dear sir or madam

I’m writing this email regarding the training Course that is next month which I will not be able to attend as now I must travel overseas to my country for a family matter.

To begin with I was planning to attend to the training course because I need to build more experience for my next internship as an IT technician, however now I can’t as my grandmother is having a hard time as a result of a surgery she had the last month.

Since I will not be able to attend the training course, I wanted to express my most sincere apologies for not being able to go. I was hoping to ask you about a reschedule for their training course as at this point in my professional career it is imperative for me to take it or if we could fin another solution together, that would be awesome.
