The reason why I am addressing you is that I want to inform you about disappointment your staff made as well as suggest some alternatives to increase your service.
About two days ago, I want to bought pasta, small cheesecake and other nedds from yous supermarket. However, your employee calculated price wrong and said pay more than real payment. The misunderstanding was started with this event. I said to calculate things by one by but she told that he is better in maths than I. Furthermore, he mentioned that he would not gave me a plastic bag for my products. I was very angry about that, but I counted prices of things and showed him. He realized that his calculation was wrong, after that he did not say sorry for his mistake. In my opinion, our local must not have poor service like this. If your staff is not kind to customers you should find another one with better character.
