Dear Raman,

I hope you are doing wonderful. I am so delighted to hear that you are getting married soon. I really want to attend your wedding, but as you know, I want to go abroad for my higher studies I have already booked my IELTS exam, which is same day as your special day, that’s why I am so disappointed, and for that I feel apologetic.

You know what previously I was so excited to attend your wedding I already decided what I will wear on your ladies’ sungeet, jaggo which i very popular in your culture and I also never attended any kind of punjabi marriage, therefore, i am still willing to be a part of this event, unfortunatelly, due to my personal issue i cannot do that.

However, now I plan a small trip with you to Goa after your wedding and it is a gift for you and your lovely wife from my side. You have to accept this but if you didnot take it , thus, I feel bad. Also, it is great time for us to spend a time with each other because after this trip i think i will move with my parents to the USA.

My best wishes are always with you guys, see you soon.
