LETTER OF APOLOGY TO A BUSINESS PARTNER.
I humbly write express my deepest regret for not showing up for the lunch date we as planned. You partnership and business relationship means so much to me which I don’t take it for granted. Over the years we have built a solid business relationship which I will not watch go down the drain because of a silly mistake from my own side. I am very sorry happened this way.
Actually it was not an intentional act but this happened due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond my control and am glad that everything is absolutely under control and we can have much time to meet now. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused your establishment and I promise that it will never repeat itself again.
If you don’t mind, I will like us to reschedule this lunch that to a more convenient time that suits you and your activities. Kindly confirm the receipt of this letter with the date, time, and venue of our next meeting. Once again I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your brand.
I hope to hear from you as soon as possible.
Thanks for your understanding.
Yours faithfully,
