Dear Teena,

Hope you are doing well.I am writing to apologize you for not being able to met you at the ariport.

I couldn’t keep my promise to accompany you at the airport dear.I know,it was your first flight and you wanted everyone’s presance.Unfortunately,I couldn’t make it due to some unexpected circumstances.

Actually,my mother met with an accident while crossing the road and she had to undergone an urgent surgery.Even though, the operation was successful,the docter have recommended strong medical attention and treatments utill she fully recouvered as she had a serious injury on her head.Therefore,I was busy with taking care of my mother in the hospital and I completely forgotten your journey.Fortunately,her condition is getting better now,hence I hope that my mother will be alright within two months.

In fact ,we will have a reunion in the upcoming summer vacation,can you arrange two days leave from your company for the get together?I really want to see you on that event.

Once again I would like to express my deep regret and I hope you can understand my situation.
