Dear Rohit,

I hope you doing well, I am writing this letter to tell you that in few weeks i will be moving to your city for my job related work. Yesterday when i was talking to Sam about my moving to Jalandhar city he told me about you that you moved in same city 5 years ago. I was very thrilled about knowing, moreover it will be great chance to meet you since we pass out high school and i will get some assistance regarding accommodation. It will be so helpful to me if you can find me suitable and affordable living space. I want to live close to model town because from their there it will be easy to travel at my work location. You can look for one private bedroom so i can focus and get no disturbance while doing my work.

In crux, I am coming to your city. So, get me a room as per my conditions not expecting much, just a one room close from my job site, I will be thankful for helping me. I await a favorable response. Take care of yourself and family
