I am writing regarding the webcam which I use for my remote job as it is not working properly.
The problem is that it automatically turns off during use and then shows an error message on the screen. I have reconnected the wire to my desktop multiple times and even tried a different USB port, but it still does not work reliably.
This problem is affecting my work to a major extent. For example, it goes off during important meetings with clients, which makes me look unprofessional and delays my tasks. As a result, I have missed deadlines twice this week and lost some business opportunities.
Therefore, I would like you to replace the webcam with a new one or provide a full refund as soon as possible. Please send instructions on how to return the faulty item.
