Dear Sir or Madam,

I want inform you about my problem, which is releted to your equipment. I bought computer from your company one month ago. Untill this day it works very well, unfortunatlly today when I start doing my tasks computer’s screen suddenly does not work. I turned off it and wait some time but still showed solely back screen with red symbol.

I am a teacher at school, I should complate my tasks. I have a lot of projects to do. It is signaficant important for me without computer I could not do anything. Also, i should prepare to presentation it may chance me get a promotion through my work. Therefore I need computer.

I ask from your company to fix it. If this is serious problem, change it to new one, because during the buying movement you gave me warranty. I can give a dateline till tomorrow.
