Dear Jennifer,

I have been wanting to work in our headquarters for long time. I believe that, spending half a year in the Netherlands, learning from people in there will enrich my experience, widen my world and, improve my English skills.

I will be far away for some time and, I understand if you have hesitations about my responsibilities in here. But, I have a solution for this issue, such as remote working. I have already been working remotely in the last 2 years and, everything went smoothly. Although, there is 2 hour time difference between the Netherlands and Russia, but surely I will be able to manage that.

Therefore, if we agree on studying online, I need your assistance to arrange my new occupation. It is significant to get board approval to plan my travel and, they rely on your opinions about the situtation. I appreciate your support and waiting for your timely response.
