I am working in your company as data organizer from last 2 years. I thought of writing a letter to you for asking some help in regards of joining a course in order to improve my overall work performance, that in turn will be beneficial for yours company as well.

Firstly, I thought of informing you about the course that I am very much interested in. This course is about various multipurpose tools that we can use to handle and secure our precious data. With the aid of this course, I will be able to take our company to new height of glory and success.

Demanding your favour is my biggest reason of writing a letter to you. Our company has been working on recent projects, one of them is under my supervision. It might be very helpful if you can replace my name with my co-worker john name for ongoing project.

Lastly, what our company get is the biggest reason of mine to show interest in announced training course. Longley, we were looking for free tools whose access was not easy to get. At the end of this course, company will give their attenders different codes to access them.
