Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter in order to apply for the post of supervisor in our office.because i think am capable to able to understand and handle the problems in a better way.

Having work with this company from last 4 years as an employee.I have experience about the problems and have idea about each employee capacity to do work.If i be the supervisor,then i can divide the task to the employees according to their ability.This indirectly help to boost the sale of company and mitigate the problems.

As we know that last month one of the employee was unable to submit the file to the high authority on time.This activity spoil our company image and we lost that deal.But,i focus in proper planning, distributing in order to reduce burden on one employee and keep eye on each acitvity.This will help to boost the name of company.

I hope you give me this opporunity to prove myself,
