Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inquire about the availability of some electrical equipment that I wish to purchase from your store.

I have recently moved into a house in the town of Caledon which is not too far from your shop. I am in the process of furnishing the property and require a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher, and two standing fans. It would be great if you would please update me regarding their availability at your shop.

If available, you may provide me a quote for all the above-mentioned items, at the earliest. Otherwise, if an item is not currently in stock, would it be possible for you to place an order for the same?

Additionally, please do let me know the duration till the time you will be able to retain the equipment for me. I plan to drop by two weeks from now on the 10th of March.
