Dear Sir/Madam,

I first heard about K-Electronics from my dear friend who is living in Barrie. She said that your store has a lot of imported stuff from Asia. I have been looking for a specific rice cooker and was wondering if you might have it in stock or not.

The brand name is KOOK, and the spec number is #RC010. It is a brand new series and I haven’t seen it anywhere in Toronto. It has three colours with different prices and I am interested with the yellow one. If it’s not in store, I would like to place a pre-order if possible.

Could you please send me the price list for that series. Since I am outside town, would you mind to keep the goods before I can pick it up? I understand you might have some policy for it, please let me know how long you will be able to hold it.
