Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well and in great spirit.I am writing in regards for reduction in my working hours at your job so that I can attend part-time classes virtually.

I am Emily,working in the decoration department at your restaurant.I have recently got an opportunity to attend a course.Moreover,it will be work a lot to in regards to increase the reputation of our organisation in my market.I assure that it will be very much beneficial in my culinary skills as well for confectionery at our restaurant.

My classes will be from Monday to Friday, from 7 to 5 in the morning.Furthermore,will be regularly scheduled in weekends at our workplace.

It will be cherry on top in addition to i’ll be on the ninth sky if you grant and permit my request,as i’ll be able to learn a skill i have been passionate for years plus,beneficial to our organisation too.
