Respected sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter in reference to request you to minimize my working periods from 40 hours to 24 hours.

From next month, I am planning to join a college for 3 months to complete advance physical therapy course. For study purpose, I want to reduce my work time, so I can focus to pursue my goal.

Regarding work availability, I can work at morning from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. during weekdays. Apart from this, I can work any time on weekends because I have a holiday in college.

This course is very beneficial for increasing my knowledge about physical exercise, which can help me during hands on practice. Moreover, it can also help me to improve my research skills, and that can assist to complete my research paper.
