Dear Sir,

This is Pamela Anne, your employee in the KFC restaurant. I am writing this letter to reduce my working hours in order to study part time.

As you know the Spring season for new semester has been started for 2025. and I decided to start my college in literature faculty as a part time student. Therefore I want you to decrease my working hours. It has been a long term that I have been working in this company so I would be glad to continue my work in here as well as start my college.

Now, my working time at work is from 8.am to 4.pm and I would like to work from 8.am to 1.pm. As, my college time start from 2.pm to 6.pm.

I will study in the field of literature in English language. I can improve my speaking in a foriegn language. Moreover I can speak fluently with the foriegn customer who come for visiting sightseeing places.
