Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regarding a reduction in working hours.

As technology has evolved throughout the world, and within our company as well, I should study more to achieve the best version of myself; that is why I would like to decrease my working hours.

I would prefer to work from 8 am to 12 pm, because my course starts at 1 pm, and it takes a long time to get there due to a lack of transportation facilities.

I am taking an AI course, which will help both of us, and I would like to create many AI projects with the aim of solving the company’s problems more easily.
