Dear Hashemi,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention my request regarding reducing my work times in order to study part time at NBA course at Tabriz university.

The course starts on 25th September. Based on its schedule, I must attend at university from 8 am to 1 pm, which unable me to carry out my tasks in the mornings. Consequently, I would appreciate it if you could reschedule my work hours.

To address the challenge, I would suggest to allow me to work in the evening from 2 pm to 6 pm. In this hours, I can implement my responsibilities efficiently and pursue company’s goals.

This course provides a wide range of benefits not only for me as a leader but also for company, since it enhances my crucial abilities including critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving. These skills contribute to me efficiently managing tasks and share my experiences with other staffs, which can potentially increase productivity in the company.
